Important note about images

Please be sure you have a high-quality image ready to attach with your event submission.

This image must be a photograph or an illustration, with no added text or logos on it – i.e. not a logo, flyer, brochure or infographic.

This is because the calendar superimposes a title and date onto the listing automatically: any text in the image will be covered or part-covered by these, and will make your listing look cluttered and messy.

We reserve the right to refuse a submission without notice if the image does not match the above requirements.

Ideally your image should be cropped into a square, 540 by 540 pixels. If you're not sure how to crop or resize your image, don't worry – just attach your photo or illustration as-is.

Multi-day events

If your event spans multiple days (e.g. an exhibition, an event spanning a weekend, a recurring monthly event, etc.), please add any relevant information about open days, hours and/or frequency into the main event text.

This information will not be displayed online and not used for any purpose other than contacting the registrar about their event.
