Privacy statement for stallholder applicants

Inner West Council is committed to protecting your privacy.   The personal information you provide with your stallholder application is being collected by Inner West Council for the primary purpose of notifying you (by email) of upcoming Inner West Council events for which you might like to make a stallholder application. The information will be stored on Council’s contacts database.

If you do not wish to receive such information, please email and ask to unsubscribe to the communication material sent to you. Council may also need to contact you from time to time for directly related purposes.

Your personal information will not be disclosed to any external party without your consent, unless required by law. Failure to provide the information requested means Council will not be able to let you know about upcoming events and will not be able to contact you to further progress your interest in being a stallholder.
