Locations and opening hours
There are eight libraries across the inner west: Ashfield, Balmain, Dulwich Hill (Emanuel Tsardoulias Community), Haberfield, Leichhardt, Marrickville, Stanmore, Sydenham and Council's historical archive centre in Petersham.
While library systems are being harmonised, separate membership cards are currently needed for borrowing at former Ashfield, Leichhardt and Marrickville Libraries. However, your items can now be returned at any customer service centre or library across the entire Inner West Council area, no matter which branch they were borrowed from.

repaired. Signs will indicate the door to use to access the library,
which is to the right of the front doors.
Thank you to everyone for their understanding and well-wishes regarding the closure.
