Locations and opening hours
There are eight libraries across the inner west: Ashfield, Balmain, Dulwich Hill (Emanuel Tsardoulias Community), Haberfield, Leichhardt, Marrickville, Stanmore, St Peters/Sydenham (closed for building upgrades) and Council's historical archive centre in Petersham.
Closure of Inner West Libraries until further notice
Inner West Libraries have closed from midday Monday 23 March until further notice. This decision is for the ongoing health and safety of our community and staff.
Visit www.innerwest.nsw.gov.au/elibrary for information regarding how to access the Library’s e-collection.
The e-collection provides a selection of children and adult books, movies, magazines and opportunities for on-line learning. (You will need to download some third party apps)

Marrickville Library has moved to a new location
Marrickville Library is now situated at 313 Marrickville Road, Marrickville.
St Peters/Sydenham Library is closed in order to make essential upgrades to the building.
