Leichhardt Park Aquatic Centre Stage 2 construction
From 29 June 2026, the outdoor 50m and dive pools will close. The centre will remain open, with most services continuing, except outdoor aqua classes and squad sessions.

Online direct debit membership sign-ups temporarily unavailable
We are excited to be launching a new software system on 29 July. As part of this transition, new Direct Debit Membership sign-ups will be unavailable online from 13 July until 29 July.
If you would like to join during this period, please visit us in centre and our team will be happy to assist you.

We offer programs and facilities for every stage of your fitness journey. Our three major centres are open year‑round and include gyms, pools, and crèches. Spa, steam, and sauna facilities are available exclusively at Ashfield Aquatic Centre. Two seasonal venues and a waterplay park operate during summer for outdoor swimming and recreation.
Programs include Learn to Swim classes, squad training, over 300 weekly group fitness classes, personal training and specialised wellbeing activities. Whether you’re a lap swimmer, a family looking for a fun day out, or just want to stay active and connected, Inner West Aquatics and Recreation have a space for you.
