Legal matters

During the period 01 June 2023 to 31 August 2023, there were 70 active litigation matters in the Land and Environment Court and Local Court and other Jurisdictions.

Of the 54 Land and Environment Court matters listed during the period:

1. 8 Appeals were settled by way of a Section 34 Agreement, result of a Conciliation Conference;
2. 2 Appeals were dismissed by the Court or discontinued by the Applicant;
3. 1 Appeals were upheld and approved by the Court; and
4. 5 Appeals are pending Judgment by the Court.
