Celebrate Marrickville’s colourful culture with an action-packed day of free live music and entertainment as one of Sydney's most exciting live music festivals returns on Sunday 12 October, 12pm-6pm.

Marrickville boasts a mighty reputation for creativity, diverse cultural experiences and is the Inner West's home of live music. Marrickville Music Festival will bring together local creatives with shoppers, diners and dancers to highlight the unique offering Marrickville provides to the Inner West and Sydney more broadly.

The festival brings together a diverse program that showcases music in the Inner West, championing artists across multiple stages of unique programming and a variety of musical genres. Featuring 7 stages across the festival site, local markets curated by Inner West Artist Market, an Inner West brewery and distilleries showcase this is an action-packed day that celebrates the best of live music in the Inner West

Marrickville Music Festival is an opportunity for creative participation by all members of the community, supporting and witnessing the creative work made on local streets.

Marrickville Music Festival has the following accessibility measures in place for this event:

AUSLAN available for music performances at the Main Stage
Sensory Space for patrons with additional sensory needs, located in Silver St
Noise cancelling headphones available on request
Limited accessible parking in Frampton St Carpark

Public Transport

Marrickville Rd will be closed between Illawarra Rd and Victoria Rd to all traffic. There will be limited parking available in and around the festival footprints. We recommend catching public transport to the festival site
