DRAW Space opening feat. Locust Jones / MAGIC SAUCE

DRAW Space is a new artist-run-initiative on Enmore Road. It provides a platform to make, see and experience contemporary drawing. Working with a broad definition of what drawing is, the space encourages continued research and exploration of what it can be. As a new centre for contemporary drawing, it aims, through exhibitions, performances, workshops, artist talks and residencies, to engage more closely with the broader community, expand understanding of what drawing is and enhance the standing of drawing in an Australian and international art context. DRAW Space is an inclusive community and advocates for greater diversity and representation in the arts.
The opening exhibition features three large performance drawings created by Locust Jones.
