About
Anita runs Tír na nÓg preschool and is a fully trained Rudolf Steiner early childhood teacher. Anita has been teaching for over 14 years and is very passionate about Steiner education.
A Steiner education fosters the human spirit in children and young adults, allowing them to flourish in a holistic learning environment that is oriented towards moral growth, social consciousness and citizenship.
At Tír na nÓg preschool, Anita's services program focuses on a strong daily rhythm, following each season which culminates in a festival each term, seasonal stories and lots of singing, baking, watercolour painting, beeswax modelling, seasonal craft, gardening and so much more, lots of time for play and meaningful tasks and parental involvement, as we build a little community with our preschool families coming together for craft, festivals and parent talks
