Comic Con-versation

On July 13 Ashfield Library will stay open late to celebrate the best of local comic culture.

During the afternoon you will hear from comic book artists, creators, illustrators, writers and publishers.

Our panel discussions cover collaboration, teamwork and the use of comics in education.   You can get involved in our workshop and create a comic short story based on your friend’s life.

In addition to the program of events from 5pm Artists’ Alley will be open-  it's a chance to see comic creators at work, have a chat to them and purchase their artwork. Plus you can view The Pieces Project exhibition, a graphic novel with a Guinness World Record.

Comic Con-versation 2019 at Ashfield Library has been curated by Jakub Mazerant/ IllustrateYourLife.
