Tai Chi

Sam Ruan teaches traditional Yang Style Tai Chi and includes Qigong in his classes as part of the warmup for relaxation and stretching. Health benefits are derived from Tai Chi's slow and gentle movements which enable harmony in mind and body, improved mobility, suppleness and mental alertness. This is an intermediate class however beginners are welcome to attend. Designed for people 55yrs+.
