Hannaford Community Centre

Hannaford Community Centre offers wellbeing activities for local residents who are 55+years and it is also a venue for hire. The building, on the corner of Darling Street and Nelson Street, was purchased by Leichhardt Council in 1975 from the late Mr Harrie Hannaford and transformed into a seniors and community centre. Since then thousands of seniors have enjoyed the weekly classes, groups, support and friendship that the Hannaford Community Centre offers.
