Experience

I own and run a Personal Training business in Ashfield. I train ladies with chronic health issues, mobility issues and help women of all ages go from non-runners to their first 5km, 10km and half-marathon events. I was employed as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer at AAC in March 2024.

Specialty areas of interest

I am passionate about running, strength and conditioning training, flexibility and mobility exercises. I believe that all of these go hand in hand for injury free running, strong bones and muscles, good posture and mobility as we age.

Health and fitness personal interests

I am passionate about healthy lifestyle choices. There are no quick fixes. Healthy eating, physical exercise and a good mindset are key for longevity. Prevention is better than cure. Making healthy lifestyle choices today, reduces the risk of chronic health issues, diseases and illness later.
