Boomerang Bags Sydney Inner West

We are a grassroots environmental group who volunteer our time to sew bags from donated fabric or materials destined for landfill. Our shopping bags help to reduce the use of single-use plastic bags and to start conversations about how we can all contribute to a more sustainable world.


Climate Change Balmain-Rozelle

An independent community group in inner west Sydney, promoting local and national action to reduce fossil fuel use, increase the adoption of renewable energy, and head off catastrophic global warming. Our bi-monthly 'Climate in the Pub' meetings featuring expert speakers are free and open to all.

Girls Rock! Sydney runs programs aimed at empowering 10-17 year old female, trans, and non-binary youth through music. We currently host week-long day camps in the January school holidays, and work throughout the rest of the year to establish new opportunities so that we can reach more young people.
