Movies in the Park-'Coco'

Bring the family along to this 'Day of the Dead' themed event with plenty of food and activities at Johnson Park in Dulwich Hill.

Inner West Council presents a free twilight screening of the Disney movie ‘Coco’, the feel good movie about aspiring musician Miguel who enters the Land of the Dead to find his great-great-grandfather and legendary singer.

When:

Saturday, 6 April, 5-9pm

Where:

Johnson Park, Constitution Road, Dulwich Hill

Parking is limited around Johnson Park, Council encourages attendees to go green and leave the car at home.

Before the movie, enjoy some of the activities on offer:

  • Storytelling, mask making and Ojo de Dios with Inner West libraries
  • Learn some circus skills with Circus Drop Zone: trapeze, juggling, spinning plates and more
  • Short films by Little Big Shots: Australia’s International Film Festival for Kids
  • Garden Games
  • Temporary Tattoos

Pack a picnic or buy from one of the food stalls; including:

  • Authentic Turkish Gozleme
  • Jump & Wiggle- fairy floss, snow cones, popcorn
  • Serendipity Ice Cream
  • Snags Sydney
