Spark Youth Theatre - Ensemble Spark Ensemble is an artistic group of 15 - 20 young people, aged 16 - 25, who are committed to creating new and exciting performance work. Over a one year period, the Ensemble works with a range of artists, learning new skills, being mentored and developing an artistic practise. The year culminates in a public outcome which reflects the skills and interests of the Ensemble. Spark Ensemble is made up of a diverse range of emerging artists as we believe inclusive practise best represents the rich and varied identities of the Inner West. Aside from artistic talent, Spark is particularly interested in engaging with young people who are driven, politically and socially minded and come with something to say. The Ensemble program is therefore a platform for emerging artists to create, comment, perform, experiment, fail and fly.
