Bus shelters
Inner West Council is responsible for the provision of seats and shelters at bus stops within the local area.
Bus shelters are provided and maintained by specialist companies, with the advertising revenue offsetting the cost of installation and maintenance.
Seats and shelters cannot be provided at all bus stops due to a range of site constraints that differ for all bus stops.
The location of the bus stops is determined by Transport for NSW.
