Free It Up Dance, led by experienced instructor Jamie Trahanas, is a vibrant Sydney-based school specializing in Caribbean Carnival dance. Their shows are energetic, featuring styles like Samba, Soca, Limbo, and Dancehall, and have been showcased at festivals like the Bondi Latin America Festival and Sydney Latin Festival. The school is dedicated to increasing awareness of Caribbean Carnival culture and its fitness benefits in Australia..

With a foundational ethos rooted in the principles of Contact Improvisation, Three's a Crowd is committed to creating works that are immediate, visceral, and profoundly tied to the environment. Three's a Crowd embraces the ephemeral nature of improvisation, using it as a tool to delve into and examine the contemporary life you people in the inner west. Through their artistic practice, they draw from the pulse of their surroundings, allowing the intricate choreography of life around them to inform their work.
