Women's recreation activities

Increasing physical activity levels for women is important for overall health and mental wellbeing.

Inner West Council wants to remove the barriers preventing female participation in physical activities by delivering recreation programs specifically for women.

All recreation activities will finish for 2019 on Saturday, 14 December.

Our women's classes start in the new year on the following dates:

Mums Get Active:  Tuesday, 4 February 2020
Women's Dance Fit: Saturday, 1 February 2020
Parkrun:  Continues during the summer holidays
