Queen of concrete

Thanks to a successful Inner West Council Recreation Grant, Shredability was able to partner with Totem Skateboarding who facilitated this awesome event on 2 March 2019. Girls came from all over the Inner West along with Hornsby, the Northern Beaches, Newcastle, the Central Coast, Melbourne and Tasmania to participate in the comp and inspire the newer girls who are just starting their adventure and love of skateboarding.

Girls participated in skate workshops, and competed for prizes, prize money and Australian Skateboarding Federation National Rankings points. Coming out on top in the Open Street Division was Aimee Massey from the Gold Coast edging out Australian National Team Member Liv Lovelace. Winning Open Bowl was Newcastles Zahra Johns.

The day was a celebration and promotion of girls in skateboarding and was proudly supported by Inner West Council.
