Debbie and Abbey Borgia Recreation Centre

531 Illawarra Road, Marrickville

The Debbie and Abbey Borgia Community Recreation Centre, opened by the former Marrickville Council in October 2003, is a state-of-the-art complex comprising three multi-purpose indoor sports courts and eight community meeting and activity rooms.

The site, surrounded by scenic Cooks River parkland, is a popular area for cycling, walking, picnicking and other leisure activities. This facility was designed to complement this setting in our local community.

The centre provides sport, recreation, leisure and other activities for all sections of the community: toddlers, teenagers, parents, senior citizens, sporting teams, school groups and community organisations.

The centre is managed on behalf of Inner West Council by the PCYC.
