About the garden

Wilkins Green has been a project in community development since discussions and consultations began in 2002. The former Marrickville Council, Petersham TAFE Outreach and Wilkins Public School have been key partners in establishing Wilkins Green as an important sustainable learning site featuring a food garden, chicken run, bush regeneration ridge and Aboriginal planting track.

Wilkins Green continues to grow their partnerships with community organisations and are very proud to be working with Landcare NSW and WIRES.

We look forward to seeing you in the garden.
