Suspensions and cancellations of your swim school account can be completed by filling out the online forms below. Please note that suspensions and cancellations submitted are not confirmed until you have been contacted by LPAC swim school.

Minimum commitment periods and suspension policies apply. Please refer to the LPAC Swim School terms and conditions (PDF 130.5KB) for more information.
