Six week programs

Our six-week programs are perfect for group fitness beginners and have been specially designed to build on your skills week by week. By the end of these programs you will have the experience and confidence to participate in any class.

Classes are limited and bookings are essential.

Weight Training Fundamentals

This six-week program is ideal for beginners and designed for anyone who would like to learn the fundamentals of weight training in a fun and safe environment. The course is run with an expert trainer in a group environment. You will learn how to use the variety of equipment, correct technique, and how to establish an exercise routine with simple, straightforward workouts that progress from week to week.

Program dates:

  • Thursdays 12.30pm starts 24 July or
  • Sundays 9am starts 27 July

Six-week course cost: $178.80 (50% off for Inner West Fitness Pass holders)
