Clontarf Cottage renewal

  • Project Description:
    • Installed a new galvanised metal roof to replace the old leaking timber shingle roof, with new architectural gutters and downpipes.
    • Repainted the front and rear verandahs.
    • Expanded the existing kitchen and fitted it with stainless steel benches, shelving, and modern appliances.
  • Project address: 4 Wallace Street, Balmain
  • Progress:  Completed October 2025
  • Budget: $200,000
