Customer service stalls

Inner West Council is taking customer service to the customer and will host regular monthly Customer Service Stalls throughout the area on Saturdays. 

The Customer Service Stalls are aimed at enhancing the customer experience, increasing responsiveness and improving transparency. 

The stall will be staffed by members of our community engagement and customer service teams.

They can take queries and feedback, and log and follow up on your requests.

The new Customer Service Stalls will alternate fortnightly with our new Local Matters forums
