My Rembetika Blues: A Film About Love, Life and Greek Music - documentary film screening and Q&A with filmmaker Mary Zournazi and guest Lex Marinos
Rembetika music or the Greek blues is a music born of exile and the streets. Filmmaker Mary Zournazi traces the journey of her forebears from Smyrna in Turkey to Sydney Australia but discovers more than family history. She finds out how music connects people during times of struggle and crises.

Sixty-Seven Days with Yvonne Weldon
2022 NSW Aboriginal Woman of the Year Yvonne Weldon discusses her seminal debut novel Sixty-Seven Days.
Set in 1990s Aboriginal Redfern, Evie is a proud Wiradjuri woman harbouring a dark pain after experiencing trauma as a young girl and stalked by her predator well into adulthood.
