Small grants for resident groups

Tuesday, 29 January 2019

Inner West Council has a new grant program, which aims to assist resident groups achieve positive things for their communities.

The Residents Association Small Grants Program provides financial assistance to not‐for‐profit groups who represent local residents on neighbourhood issues and provide opportunities for the local community to come together to discuss what's important to them.

Council consulted closely with the community to identify goals and priorities for the future for the Community Strategic Plan – Our Inner West 2036.

Community Strategic Plans are the highest level of strategic planning that can be undertaken by a local council.
