Applications now open for Chrissie Cotter Gallery and ArtSeat 2020

Inner West Council is inviting local artists to submit ideas for the exhibition of artworks at the Newtown ArtSeat and Chrissie Cotter Gallery in 2020.
Council’s award-winning ArtSeat is a permanent structure located in Newtown Square which provides local, emerging and established artists a space where experimental and non-commercial art can be showcased.
Incorporating public seating and lighting, the Art Seat is also a landmark meeting point in Newtown.
The Newtown ArtSeat is an initiative of Inner West Council, with support from Arts NSW and the City of Sydney.
Council’s Chrissie Cotter Gallery is a free gallery space available to emerging and established Inner West artists.
Applications for the 2020 ArtSeat and Chrissie Cotter Gallery program close 5pm Friday, 11 October 2019.
