How to continue living well at home

Wednesday, 3 October 2018

Inner West Council is running a series of informational events to help senior citizens stay independent at home.

Held in Chinese Mandarin, Korean and English, the Living Well at Home sessions provide advice about the aged care system, including home support and home care packages.

“As we age, we often need a little more support, but assisted living is not for everyone,” said Mayor Darcy Byrne.

“Many people wish to continue living at home and Council has several ongoing initiatives to make this possible.”

The Chinese Mandarin and Korean sessions can be booked via the dedicated enquiry lines.

Registrations for the general community event will be taken via Eventbrite.
