Inner West Council is supporting Back to Business Week NSW with a series of talks, workshops and meetings.
The Week celebrates small to medium business and supports the critical role they play in local communities.
Council has partnered with local business and government agencies to present the following series of events
Monday 27 February:
Economy of Creativity- The journey of Start-up to Local Business (Batch Brewery)
Find out more about the opportunities available in the Sydenham Station Creative Precinct and share Batch Brewing Co’s journey from start-up business to successful craft brewer. Followed by food and beverage sampling provided by the brewery, and Sydney’s finest food trucks.

Marketing Magic Workshop (presented by the Business Enterprise Centre)
Improve marketing, sale, and brand awareness. This 90-minute “Marketing Magic” workshop will teach strong marketing strategies to propel business results.
Start a Business Workshop - The Essentials (presented by the Business Enterprise Centre)
An introductory work shop facilitated by a member of a BEC professional business advisory team that will impart a wide-ranging view of key areas needed to start and manage a business and ensure successful outcomes.
Planning for Growth (presented by the Business Enterprise Centre)
An insightful and business-changing 90-minute workshop featuring experienced BEC Business Advisors for anyone looking to accelerate the growth of their business in 2017.
Wednesday 1 March
Doing Better Business in Newtown Precinct (Presented by the Newtown Precinct Business Association)
A precinct update of NPBA's key activities in 2017, and a preview of four key projects including a business accelerator program, a night-time economy project, and a village ambassador program.
