Photo opportunity – opening of the Tempe Cooks River Bridge

Administrator of Inner West Council Richard Pearson and Parliamentary Secretary for Transport, Roads, Industry, Resources and Energy John Sidoti MP will officially open the Tempe Cooks River Bridge on Tuesday 29 November at 11:30am.

Media are invited to attend.

The new Tempe Cooks River Bridge shared cycleway and footway over Cooks River connects Inner West Council with Bayside Council, and is a safer, more pleasant way for pedestrians and cyclists to continue along the popular and much-utilised Cooks River path.

The project cost was $775,000.

WHERE: North side of new bridge, adjacent to Princes Highway, south of Holbeach Avenue
