Dulwich Hill Festival returns on Sunday 21 September, running from 11am to 4pm, with live music, roving performances, workshops, foodie treats, artisan stallholders and more.

If you're a musician or performer and want to showcase your work, we want to hear from you!

Priority will be given to artists with a connection to Dulwich Hill or the Inner West LGA.

Additional information, technical requirements and supporting material

This image should be high resolution (minimum 300dpi) and suitable for publicity and promotional purposes.

Maximum of 55 minutes for stage performances. For roving performances, indicate how many rounds you would like to do and for how long. Please note that performance lengths will ultimately be decided by Council.

The fee should be for your preferred performance length

Provide a fee for your preferred performance length. Engagement is subject to quotation and confirmation from Council.

If you have no tech requirements, write 'NA'

As a general rule, Council provides the following (for stage performances):

  • PA system
  • audio engineer/s
  • basic backline (1X guitar amp, 1X base amp, 1X drum kit)

Artist/s must provide any specialist/additional equipment unless otherwise agreed upon. 

YouTube, Instagram, DropBox or OneDrive preferred.

Please do not include a link to a Google Drive or TikTok video as we cannot access these.

If you do not have an ABN, please upload a completed statement by supplier form. This helps ensure that, if you are selected, your payment is processed in a timely manner.
