Important update to CHSP providers
If you are not already receiving these messages for the aged care sector, you can subscribe for updates.
All service providers should follow the announcements on the website of Department of Health.
These links provide regular updates which is changing every day (or being updated) . There is also information about Aged Care staff how to protect themselves under these circumstances.
It is up to individual organisations to determine how to manage or deliver services under these unusual circumstances.
If an organisation decides to suspend group activities and increase ( e.g. Social Support Individual activity), then they have to advise in writing their FAM of their intention and timeframe or forward an email to NSWACT.CHSP@dss.gov.au
