Alex Trevallion Plaza

• Project description: 
  Upgrade of the Alex Trevallion Plaza based on Marrickville Town Centre Public Domain Master Plan.  The scope of works includes:
  - New bluestone and granite paving
  - New seating, signage, bollards and bins
  - Replacement of the existing shelter with a new shelter
  - A dining platform for the Post Office Cafe with access ramp
  - Replacement of existing trees with mature indigenous shade trees
  - New landscaped garden beds with passive irrigation
  - Upgrade of the lighting including decorative LED lighting
  - A raised threshold in Marrickville Lane and Silver Street at the same level as the plaza including new stormwater, line marking and signage

• Progress: Construction commenced in February 2021 and is now completed.
