Successful Residential Association Small Grants

Inner West Council resident association small grants stream provides financial assistance to not‐for‐profit resident associations to come together to discuss what's important to them and their place.

Funds are intended to help resident associations to offset basic operational costs, including venue hire for meetings as well as printing and promotional costs.

Applicants must be a not-for-profit resident association representing local communities in the Inner West Council area.

Save Marrickville Resident Group auspiced by Addison Road Community Organisation

  • Project: Save Marrickville Resident Group online communication
  • Funding: $400

Resource Save Marrickville resident group website domain registration and hosting costs, to enable online communication with Marrickville residents on planning and development issues that are important to the future of the local community and built environment.

Friends of Iron Cove Creek auspiced by Bike Marrickville Incorporated

  • Project: Iron Cove Creek Walk and Cycleway
  • Funding: $400

Friends of Iron Cove Creek is a local, non-partisan community group formed to promote council's walkway/cycleway project on the stormwater canal between Ashfield Aquatic Centre and the Bay Run at Iron Cove. This grant to fund efforts in community engagement to support council's master plan for the project.
