Council has made an application to Land Registry Services to be recorded as the new registered proprietor of Lot 21 DP1140643 being 62A Reynolds Street, Balmain and locally referred to as Mullens Lane. The owner is Susan Keifer who passed away on 13 October 1929. Below is a map showing 62A Reynolds Street, Balmain edged red.

LRS requires Council to advertise the notice required by s12(1)(h1) of the Real Property Act 1900 (NSW) – Application to Record New Registered Proprietor.

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 12(1)(h1) OF THE REAL PROPERTY ACT 1900 (NSW) APPLICATION TO RECORD NEW REGISTERED PROPRIETOR

Application AV220553 has been made by Inner West Council (‘Applicant’) pursuant to section 46C of the Real Property Act 1900 (NSW) ('Act') to record a vesting in the Applicant of the undermentioned land:

• Property address 62A Reynolds Street, Balmain, NSW 2041.
• Being land referred to in Folio of the Register 21/1140643.
• In the Local Government Area of Inner West, Parish of Petersham, County of Cumberland.

The current registered proprietor of the land is Sarah Keifer.

The Registrar-General gives notice of its intention to register application AV220553 and record Inner West Council as registered proprietor of the land in Folio of the Register 21/1140643 on the expiration of one month from the date of publication of this notice.
