A new era in engagement. consultation and customer service
Inner West Council has embarked on a new era in engagement, consultation and customer service. We're holding a series of monthly, face-to-face forums where Ward Councillors and the executive staff of Council will attend to listen to your ideas and concerns about how your community can be improved.
The Local Matters Forums are held all across the Inner West Council area, rotating to a new ward each month. Find a forum near you on our Local Matters Forums webpage.

Let us know what local matters you'd like to discuss by completing the RSVP form. Questions submitted in advance will be prioritised for discussion during the forum.
During the forum, staff will record all issues raised by residents and ensure responses are provided after the meeting.
