A Section 603 certificate advises the amount outstanding to Council on all rates and charges in respect to a parcel of land.
Before you start
To apply for a certificate, you will need to identify the property. You may use:
- Property Address
- Lot number and deposited plan (DP)
- Lot number and strata plan (SP)
Fees apply in accordance with Council’s current Fees & Charges page.
How to apply online:
- Log in or register to lodge an application
- Pay securely online
- After payment is received, certificates are processed within 3 working days
- An urgency fee is available for priority requests, with urgent certificates issued within 1 business day
