Helps you fix login and security code issues when using the portal.

Why this change?
It helps to:

- Reduce fraud and unauthorised access
- Keep Council's online services safe
- Enter your username and password.
- Check your email for a 6 digit security code.
- Enter the code into the portal.
- You’re logged in.
Try the steps below:

- The email may arrive after a short delay.
2. Check your spam / junk / deleted folders
- Your email provider may have filtered the message.
