Receiving Your Rates Notices
By default, your rates notices are sent by post.
If you are the property owner, you can choose to receive your rates notices by email by registering for e‑notices.
Important Information:
- Once you register for e‑notices, paper rates and instalment notices will no longer be mailed.
- However, if any amount remains unpaid past the due date, a reminder notice will still be posted to the mailing address we have on file.
- A separate log in is required for signing up for e-notices and accessing historical rates notices online.
- Council recommends using a personal email address when registering for e‑notices. Using a work email may result in notices going to spam, or delivery issues if you change organisations and forget to update your contact details.
