Update where your rates notices and Council mail are sent.
This page explains how property owners and managing agents can update the postal address used for receiving rates notices.

Important Information

  • If you currently receive your notices by email or BPAY View, submitting this form will update Council’s records, but it will not change your delivery method. Your notices will continue to be delivered electronically unless you update that separately.
  • If you wish to change the email address used for e‑Notices, or if you want to cancel electronic delivery, please visit the Register for Rates eNotices page.
