Requests to cancel your membership with Inner West Aquatics and Recreation can be submitted through the form on this page.

If you wish to cancel your membership with Inner West Aquatics and Recreation, please submit the form below. Please note that direct debit memberships may be cancelled with at least fourteen (14) days written notice from the member prior to the cancellation date (minimum 2 months membership period must elapse before notice period).
