The Centre has many regular hirers, all who are looking for more people to join in!

Inner West Aquatics and Recreation is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all users. To ensure this, all patrons must comply with the following Conditions of Entry.

All centre signage forms part of these conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises and/or further action, including suspension or cancellation of membership.

General Conditions of Entry

• All patrons enter and use the Centre at their own risk. Council accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage sustained while at the venue.
• All users must comply with these Conditions of Entry, Centre signage, and any reasonable direction given by staff. 
• Council reserves the right to refuse entry to, or require the removal of, any person who fails to comply with these conditions. 
• Unauthorised entry, or entry by a person prohibited from Council facilities, may result in prosecution for trespass. 
• Patrons are financially responsible for any damage they, or their group, cause to Centre property or equipment.
• By participating in programs and bookings at the Centre, patrons declare that they are physically capable of engaging in the activity and do so at their own risk.

Safety and Behaviour

• Patrons must behave in a respectful, responsible, and safe manner at all times.
• Offensive, aggressive, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Activities may only be undertaken in designated areas and in a manner appropriate to the facility.
• Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn for the relevant activity.

Prohibited Items and Activities

The following are not permitted within the Centre:

• Glass containers or bottles
• Alcohol, illegal drugs, or restricted substances
• Dangerous items or weapons
• Riding vehicles, bicycles, skateboards, scooters, or similar devices
• Pets, excluding registered assistance animals

Council reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items where required.

Photography and Recording

• Photography, video, or audio recording is not permitted without prior approval from Council or Centre management.
• Recording devices are strictly prohibited in change rooms at all times.
• Council reserves the right to confiscate equipment if these conditions are breached.

Personal Property and Lost Items

• Council accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
• Patrons are responsible for securing their belongings at all times.

Lost property is managed as follows:

• Perishable items, hygiene products, drink bottles, and underwear are disposed of daily.
• General lost property is retained for seven (7) days.
• Unclaimed items in suitable condition may be donated to charity.
• Valuable items (including wallets, mobile phones, and laptops) are submitted to NSW Police.

Parking and Access

• On‑site parking is available for Centre users.
• Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk and must comply with all signage and road rules.

General Conduct

Patrons must conduct themselves in a manner that respects other users and staff.
Threatening, abusive, rude, intimidating, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

All users must:

• Follow staff instructions at all times
• Report safety concerns or inappropriate conduct to staff promptly

Fees, Refunds and Changes

• Fees are non‑transferable and non‑refundable
