Our facilities are available for sports club, community group, schools, and private bookings.
Please note that groups, organisations and clubs requesting to hire Inner West Aquatics and Recreation facilities to conduct activities or programs are required to complete a hire agreement, provide Working With Children Checks, and provide proof of relevant insurances relating to the activity they are providing. First aid qualifications may also be required for clubs, associations, and exercise physiology providers who hire the facilities to conduct their activities.
All hirers of Inner West Aquatics and Recreation facilities must adhere to facility conditions of entry, terms and conditions, and hire procedures.
How to book
For a school booking or carnival, please submit a request through our School bookings and carnivals page.

To request hire of a facility, please complete the form below. Once this request has been received, we will contact you to advise the next steps in the booking process.
Facility hire bookings must be made with a minimum of seven (7) says' notice prior to your event.
