Impact: Launching a social, non-contact AFL 9s competition for women and girls, starting with a come-and-try session.
Project: Growing Access to Swimming
Funding: $7,420
Impact: Expanding training and participation opportunities for women, older adults, and culturally diverse communities.
Project: Future Stars Cup Development Competition
Funding: $4,420
Impact: Creating an inclusive DanceSport competition for all ages and abilities, encouraging creativity and growth.
Project: Women’s Masters AFL
Funding: $5,420
Impact: Supporting coaching, clinics, and social games for women over 35 to stay active and engaged in AFL.
Project: ShadeStrike – Sun-Safe Marquees and Equipment
Funding: $10,000
Impact: Providing sun-safe marquees, seating, and sunscreen for junior cricket teams to promote health and comfort during matches.
Project: Safer Club, Safer Community
Funding: $8,120
Impact: CPR and first aid training, defibrillator purchase, and wellbeing initiatives to create a safer environment for players and volunteers.
Project: Coaching and Umpiring Development Program
Funding: $10,000
Impact: Training and supporting new coaches and umpires to keep netball accessible and strengthen the club community.
Project: Inner West Rainbow Pickleball Group
Funding: $6,520
Impact: Developing inclusive pickleball sessions and tournaments for the LGBTQIA+ community to promote health and social connection.
Project: Diamond Inclusion – Coaching and Umpiring Clinics
Funding: $10,000
Impact: Inclusive clinics for women and LGBTQIA+ players to build skills, confidence, and diversity in baseball.
