October is Mental Health Month
Mental Health Month is a time to reflect on mental health and wellbeing. It is held annually in NSW in the month of October. This month encourages all of us to think about our mental health and wellbeing, regardless of whether we may have lived experience of a mental health condition or not. This month highlights the importance of good mental health in our everyday lives, while also encouraging seeking help when needed.
