Good neighbour policy

The Good Neighbour Policy supports vibrant neighbourhoods.

By balancing the needs of residents, businesses, venues and community spaces, the Good Neighbour Policy encourages neighbours to work together to resolve concerns early and helps everyone understand who is responsible for managing sound and activity issues. The policy reflects changes introduced under the NSW Government’s Vibrancy Reforms which changed how concerns about licensed venues are managed.
