Planned road works

If there are other works in your area, this could be public utility works being undertaken by RMS, Ausgrid, NBN, Sydney water ,etc.

Council is not always contacted by these utilities when works are taking place. However, the utilities undertaking the work should communicate directly  to the affected residents.

The following utilities are currently working within the LGA to support and build public infrastructure.

NBN

NBN enquiries and complaints can be made at the NBN Co website page, which contains information about whether queries are best directed to your provider or to NBN Co in the first instance.

Ausgrid 

You can make enquiry or lodge a complaint at the Ausgrid enquiries and complaints webpage. 

Sydney Water

Public Utility Portal

Applicants working under the Telecommunications Act 1997 and submitted LAAN are not required to lodge a Road Opening Permit, and should follow the requirements of Council's response to the LAAN.

If you a seeking response to the LAAN, wish to lodge a notification with council or review your LAAN General Conditions and codes for trenches,  go to the Portal page.
