Live Music Activations Expression of Interest open!
Applications are open for the Live Music Activation Program (Gulgadya Ward) for 2025/2026.
Inner West Council are calling for organisations and creatives to apply for funding to deliver live music events in FY 2025/2026 within the Gulgadya (Leichhardt) ward. Live Music Activations provide funding and resource support for the Inner West community and Inner West creatives to deliver live music events across the Inner West. Applicants should demonstrate a strong connection to the Gulgadya ward and community.
In 2022, Inner West Council resolved to expand a community-led and live-music-focussed event program across the Inner West Local Government Area (LGA) that commenced in 2023, with 5 pilot projects receiving funding. This program model is based on the success of the St. Anmore Music Festival delivered in Stanmore by local community members. This live music initiative focuses on events, developed and delivered by the community with support from IWC, that harness and promote the creative power of live music in the Inner West.
