Short term rental accommodation
The NSW State Government has introduced new legislation allowing for short term rental accommodation.
The legislation sets out a clear and consistent set of rules while protecting the rights of hosts, guests and neighbours across NSW.
The new rules take effect from 1 November 2021, and hosts will need to comply with the new rules by this date.
